wednesday : woke up at 6 a.m. to teach as usual, met for coffee about a legal problem afterward, went straight to work the pre-"black friday" sale until 10 p.m., actually better than friday, but people prefer to be in denial in order to face the challenge and excitement of friday...and we were probably the only ones to ruin everything with a pre sale; thanksgiving : slept until noon due to exhaustion, grilled cheese, laundry, dishes, housecleaning, packed early in order to go straight to my parents' home for a late thanksgiving after hell on friday, accomplished no research or grading, went to bed at midnight; friday : woke up after 4 hours of sleep at 4 a.m. to go to hell and find a parking place and work until 1 p.m., attempted twice to eat the provided lunch which couldn't get through traffic and parking in time, so gave up on trying to eat and left for my parents' home an hour early, arrived about an hour ago with lots of christmas presents (clothes that i got the best possible deals on before hell day), pigged out and played with mollie (sunshine bear golden retriever d0g). my goals before returning "home?" (my current permanent residence) are to finish grading quizzes, read 3 novels, write a 10 page paper, eat a big jager schnitzel, and get curlier hair. i took a picture of estebaliz' hair, which i am going to show my stylist, and i will post pictures comparing our hair. i hope mine looks just as good!madame le professeur at 3:39 PM

apparently, a student caught herpes from a "water fountain" so her mother is petitioning for every fountain to be sanitized daily to prevent this from happening to anyone else.madame le professeur at 3:30 PM

yesterday evening, i was pulling through a handicapped parking place to the one facing it (i could obviously not park in the handicapped one). some lady tried to pull in the same place from the opposite way, but i was already halfway in. there was an empty space 2 places away on her side, so she just backed out and pulled in that one. i apologized to be nice, although i did nothing wrong. she told me it was fine, she dropped her dinner in the car, but it was fine. i felt badly for her, although it was not my fault, but despite this forgiving attitude, she seemed angry and slammed the doors to the library before i got through. as i was leaving, i noticed a partway eaten hamburger stuck to my front windshield. so it wasn't "take out," she was eating the hamburger while she was driving...what a surprise! she will probably sue mcdonalds for not making invincible burgers to go along with the coffee that isn't supposed to be hot!?! can anyone explain this salaud!madame le professeur at 11:36 PM
