i am substituting in grade schools a little until i start my next job. the kids are great, but i was unpleasantly surprised to learn from a student that books are still being banned in libraries. i thought the catcher in the rye was a children's book (but i've never read it). all books on communism are also banned. is this just happening in this little vacuum that has a mr and miss ebony, a minority queen, and an essence club, or is it happening in the entire country?madame le professeur at 11:00 PM
