When this was introduced, it quickly became a popular solution to the epidemic morphene addiction/tolerance, because an equal dose of this was actually effective. Little did they know that this is simply morphene x 3, which only multiplied the problem in the long run. Aspirin, which came out a little later, produced the desired results without the addiction. It quickly replaced heroin and morphene, which were taken off the market, and was given their former wonder drug status. My only questions are: how much aspirin did it take to counteract the triple tolerance to morphene, and why is morphene/heroin currently being used if there is a less dangerous alternative? After being prescribed a wonder drug with similar addiction potential, I can only hope that the "risks" are not as serious as they are sometimes presented to be, especially with specified consistent dosage (ignorance of which may be/have been the only problem). Maybe alternative useages are independent of any tolerance associated with normally intended purposes, eliminating the need to increase dosage amounts in these cases. This will have to suffice until proven otherwise.
